Frontpage navigation structure doesn't update remote to local

I'm using Frontpage 2003, and two of us are working on a site. When we
publish each other's changes remote to local, the folders are updated fine,
but the navigation structure isn't updated at all. Any ideas why?

When asked about navigation changes select the Replace navigation option

Stefan--Thanks for your response. We're never asked about navigation
changes. In fact, when we publish remote to local, we're not even asked
about replacing duplicate files, as we are when we publish local to remote.
Is there a way to manually select these options if we're not prompted? Dale

Is your remote site properties set to publish Changed page only
- if set to publish All it won't ask

It's set to publish changed pages only. It will not prompt us about anything
when publishing remote to local. For example, if I move a file to a
different folder and publish local to remote, then my partner publishes
remote to local, the file will be in the new location, but it will also be in
the old location. So it's not behaving at all like it does when we publish
local to remote and get the prompt about overwriting files. Any other ideas
would be appreciated.

Have each of you (at least once)
1) First published All
2) The reset to changed pages and published again

Stefan--

We tried publishing All and it published the navigation structure
successfully. We haven't tried resetting to changed pages yet, but even if
that doesn't work, at least now we know how to get it updated. Thanks so
much for all your help! Dale
