Frontpage opens with Adobe files

When I click a link to open adobe file the Frontpage 2003 installer pops
up. I think it has to do with file association but need some help.
Anyone know how to solve this?

Check Windows Explorer Tools Folder Options Files (pdf) for the association
Or in FP Tools Configure (to see if FP is associated w/ pdf)
