Is there a feature or plug-in program that makes it
easy to add a Photo Album to FrontPage?

Ideally, I'd like to have an organized and symmetrical
set of thumbnails that visitors could click on to see the
larger image.

Thanks for any pointers in the right direction.

Perform a Google search for "Webpage Generator". Once you've completed a
page, you can edit anypart of it, via FP (or any editor for that matter).
Saves you many hours of work.
