frontpage postdata.att file to Access

I have generated a frontpage form and it e-mails the
results to me in the format:

ONAME=bob&RNAME=&OORG=&RORG=&OPHONE=8098&RPHONE=&OIPT=

I am looking for away to import the data into an access
database. Is there some scrip or tool to do this?
