frontpage problems

hi
i'm running Frontpage 2000 and i have lost the Tools menu
from the menu bar, anyone any ideas how to get it back.
tried a re-install
tried XP restore
tried a reboot

Does Frontpage rely on any other MS programs for support?

Close FrontPage.
Do a file search for cmdui.prf and delete it
Reopen FrontPage.

....and I used to have to delete it all the time. However, with FP 2003, I
haven't had the problem at all. Yet. Knock on wood!
