I am experiencing an error which I am having difficulty
resolving. I am using MS Frontpage 2002 to update our
website, which is on a Windows 2000 server on our network
(Frontpage 2002 server extensions are installed on the
server). The server is published to the web via an ISA
Server 2000 computer (also Windows 2000). Both servers
have all the latest service packs and updates.
Internally, when users access the website by typing in
the netbios name of the web server (i.e. \\slake01),
everything works just fine. But when they access the
website externally (by entering the full URL of the
website) they get an old version of the website. At first
I thought the ISA server must be caching a copy of the
website, but I followed the instructions to prevent it
from caching and then finally just turned off caching all
together and it didn't fix the issue. I am at a loss to
explain the old pages. Is this perhaps some type of
Frontpage version control issue? Any thoughts would be
appreciated. Thanks,
