Otherwise if it does not have the FP SE use a 3rd party FTP to download it all to a top level folder (say C:\webname) and then in FP
File Open Web and browse to the folder
| If it is on a server that has FrontPage extensions
| installed, open FrontPage, click File > Open Web
| enter the url of the web:
http://domain.com
| you will be prompted for a username and password.
| When the web opens select File> Publish Web and select
| a location on your hard drive.
