[FrontPage Save Results Component] being published.

I have a form on my web site. When I publish it, this,
[FrontPage Save Results Component], shows up just before
the field in which is in my form. How do I keep this
from being published?

For it to be removed, you must be publishing from FP using http mode to an online server w/ the FP SE installed (and if the form is
being emailed, w/ Email transport enabled by your host server)
