FrontPage says it has updated webpage but no changes take place

I make changes to my web site by using FrontPage. It says the changes have
been made but when I go to my web site, no changes have taken place. I had
no problem when I was using FrontPage 2002 with windows 98 but on my new
computer I am using XP.
