FrontPage Search Component Wont Work

I have a site that is hosted on a Windows based Server and
it has a Search page. The whole web site was built using
FrontPage 2003. When you go to the search page that is
published on the web site, all you see is [FrontPage
Search Component] with no text box, just this message.
Any idea on what is going on?

Does the host have FP 2000 or 2002 server extensions installed?
Did you publish via the http:// method, or FTP?
