frontpage server does not support aps????

Whne I try to install a Forum on my web using asp
it tells me that my server does not support asp.
Is that possible?
And what can I do?
My web page is hosted on my personal computer with a
personal web server
Frontpage -PWS32/4.0.2717
based on NCSA/1.3R

Are you running PWS and opening your site as http://localhost

Is asp.dll installed? Is there a script map in place?
