FrontPage- SharePoint or expression Web

I am wondering which new tool do I use... SharePoint or Expression Web? I
run a web site for a small recreational lake.

SharePoint Designer is essentially a superset of EW. If you're making use of
Microsoft SharePoint Services or SharePoint Server, then you'd use
SharePoint Designer. If you don't use these technologies, then EW should be
just fine.
