Frontpage Site Design

Apologies if this is not the right forum to ask for the following
information and advice. If I should be asking this question elsewhere
please direct me to that place.

I trying to design a web site for my sports club. I would like different
people to be able to contribute and update that material without any
interaction with me. However I do not wish for those people to have the
ability to update other parts of the site (i.e. those areas pages which they
are responsible for).

Can Some FrontPage expert confirm whether I can set up a FrontPage web site
to allow this. Initially if someone could confirm or otherwise whether this
is possible it would save me a lot of possible fruitless research.

Yes. It can be done. However, it requires a custom server-side web
application to do it. You will need to either be or hire a programmer to do
it.

If they have FP, you can set up a subweb for each contributor w/ unique permissions
