FrontPage - TCP/IP error when connecting to a web page

FrontPage 2002 stopped working. I get the following
message when I try to connect to a web page: Accessing
HTTP servers require 32 bit TCP/IP networking which is
not installed or may be misconfigured

Have you recently installed any updates??

At any rate, try removing and reinstalling the
TCP/IP protocol in Network Neighborhood.
