Have you created a navigation view?
Have you inserted banners and link buttons on your pages based on the
navigation view? And are the buttons and banners set to use text?
If yes to both above questions, please give a link to a page where the
buttons do not display.

When I select a theme in frontpage the graphics and link bars will not
display, is there someting I need to enable.
