frontpage timeout error

When publishing my web now I get this error:
"The Server '"' timed out. The current request did not
complete successfully."

I am running 98SE and Frontpage 2002

I just rescently reformated my drive with a fresh
installation of frontpage when the error occured. It
worked fine before the fresh install.
