FrontPage - where is the folder that contains all the bullets?

If you select a theme, but want a different style bullet, why doesn't
FrontPage take you to the folder that contains all the different bullets
instead of your own Website folder?

The steps listed are:

Format, Theme, Customize, Graphics, Item list (select Bullet List), Browse

You are taken to your own folder, not Microsoft's folder that contains
bullets. Where is the folder located?

You might find such a folder at
c:\program files\microsoft office\-media\office11\bullets
But you may need Office 2003 and/or Publisher 2003 installed.
