FrontPage won't let me access database functions.

I am trying to link my website to an access database
file, but seem to have some problem. When I got to
access the database selection from the menu bar (from
Insert), it is not highlighted. I've checked my
installed components and everything seems okay. However,
FrontPage won't let me use the Database Integration
Wizard and I can't access any Database functions from
within Frontpage.
