is frontpage better than publisher for newsletter to be put on the website. how do I know if my system has been installed with frontpage

Oh dear. This question seems to have an obvious answer.

If you have to ask if your system has Front Page, I'm going to recommend you
not use it even if it does.

What format do you post your newsletter? Do you intend to have it as html or
are you going to save the newsletter as a .pdf and allow it to be
downloaded?

Hi,
The obvious question would be did you go a store buy FP bring it home and
install it? If not you probably don't have it - it doesnt come free with
windows and isn't part of office any more so I'd doubt you could have got it
preinstalled on a new PC. Yes it is much better than publisher for web site
creation.
