Why is it when I apply a theme that the hover buttons dont change with theme?
What do I need to do?

Are you using Hover Buttons, or a Navigation Bar?

Hover Buttons are Java applets that are independent of any theme, and,
because many Windows XP and IE6 users do not have a JVM installed, should be
avoided.
