FrontPage2003 takes over 5 minutes to connect to site!!

We recently upgraded from FrontPage2002 to 2003. We've
got DSL, and with 2002, we could connect to our remote
site in a fraction of a second. Now, it takes anywhere
from 5 to 10 minutes. What's up with that?!! Anybody
else experienced similar performance hits with the new
version?

Not at all. If anything 2003 is faster.
Since FrontPage uses the Internet settings from Internet Explorer try this:
Close FrontPage and IE. Right click the IE icon on the desktop, click Properties. click the
Programs tab, click Reset Web settings and in the next pop-up uncheck "reset my Homepage. Click Ok
and OK.
Then open a command window by clicking Start > Run and typing cmd and clicking OK.
In the window that opens type: ipconfig /flushdns and then press the enter key. ( there is a space
between ipconfig and /flushdns )
When it says it is done close the command window.
Then do a Search for files named *.web and delete **ALL** that are found.
Then reopen FrontPage.
