Does anyone know how to calculate an FTE impact from year to year using the
following criteria:
FTE Hours
UOS
Days in period
I get a per stat calc by (hours/uos)*days in period
I now need to calculate the impact of this stat from CY vs PY. The
assumption is the impact will be between the CY per stat and the PY per stat
but this doesn't seem to work especially if the hours are > than UOS. Any
help is appreciated.
