FTP programs

I am trying to upload my webpage to my website, but can't get Publisher to
recognize the FTP (I keep getting "must use IE for viewing" even though it's
the default browser). What am I doing wrong?

Did you create the website pages? htm or html files.

Either answer Don's questions and be more specific about what you are trying
to do or go to your web host and read the instructions on how to FTP upload.
Also reference my response to Sarah.

Ultimately if you can indeed use FTP uploading protocol you might want to
download and install FileZilla and use it. http://filezilla-project.org/
and read the directions: http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/documentation/
