FTP Questions

Hey all, I want to be able to upload files onto my webpage through FTP,
or just make a webpage, which would have user and password, with a
link to my FTP site. How do I make a webpage and upload it through FTP,
ie make a webpage which has 30 megs of files, but I don't have enough
space to use MSN Storage, so I want to use FTP for it. I use Cerberus
Free FTP.

I was also wondering how to let other people outside of my LAN to
connect to my FTP. As of now, me being stupid and such, I can only
connect to my FTP through W-LAN.

If you guys could give me step-by-step instructions on this, or easy to
follow instructions, I shall thank you.
