i currently have a form that is posted to the server as
opposed to my e-mail and i check it with internet
explorer via ftp. i was told taht i can ftp into the site
with frontpage, does anyone know how?

I presume that if you're not already using FTP to update
the site now, it has the FrontPage Serer Extensions
installed. If so, you should continue opening it via the
server extensions, and not switch to FTP.

What, exactly, do you want to do with this file? Are you
tring to download it once a day or something like that?
