Hi

I just "bought" the full version on the internet and received a mail with
the activation key of the trial version ?

There was already installed a trial version which is expired now, that's why
I bought the full license. When I enter the activation key it doesn't convert
to the full product.

Do I have to pay the amount first at the bank ? Do I get the final
activation key after they have received payment ?
Does anyone know what could be the problem ?

What's the URL (www address) of the site where you ordered it? You may have
gone
to a pirate site and they could have ripped you off.
