I'm having problems giving a user full mailbox access to
someones else's mailbox. I know the user has the required
permissions within Exchange in order to give her full
mailbox access, but something else seems to be wrong. In
Outlook 2000, when I go to Tools-Services, then highlight
Microsoft Exchange Server and click properties, then I go
to the Advanced Tab. Now, when I click the Add button,
this message comes up:
Name could not be resolved, the action could not be
completed.
It doesn't even give me a chance to type in the name of
the mailbox that I want to add.
I'm stumped. Any ideas?
