Full screen does not show full view as in thumbnail

I have created a slide show. When I go back to PP to see the show, I can see
it in the thumnails in the left column, but not on the main screen to the
right. Pieces are missing.

What version of PowerPoint? Have you ran all the updates? Click on Help,
Check for Updates.

Thank you. I now have the latest update, but it was the graphics accelerator
situation I did not understand.
