I use power point to discuss with my team many issues. I would love to have
a presentation mode where I could actually do things. Like text
boxes...etc....I mean, run something like Word0's full screen. In this way I
could use Power Point as a tool for collective Intelligence.

Any suggestions..

While you can't get rid of everything, you can turn most of the toolbars and
other odds 'n ends of screen furniture off in PowerPoint. Not quite as clean
as Word's full page view, but fairly close.
