I have a custom template that provides the company letter head for the Visio
drawing. We want to use the ‘Functional band’ and ‘Separator’ shapes, but
these shapes, when dropped on the page, overwrite the company letter head.
I have tried creating a macro that drops the functional band on the page in
the desired location, but once the macro completes, the compiled code
associated with the functional band executes and overwrites the one created
by the macro. I have tried creating a background page with the Functional
Band already dropped on the page (and positioned via ShapeSheet), but when we
create a page using that background and drop another band on the page, the
compiled code associated with the functional band executes and overwrites the
one already created & positioned.
Does anyone know how I can use the Functional Band on a page with a letter
