Functional Mailbox

Hi!
I got some functional Mailboxes that people send the wrong
E-mails to. I like a message to pop up ever time someone
wants to send a message to one of my boxes telling them
about the Mailbox.
Is there a easy way of doing this if any at all.
Thanks for any help

No, you can't do this before sending. You can however set an autoreply on
the mailbox if you are in an Exchange environment. For this you'll need to
configure the mailbox to be your Outlook Today folder (creating a separate
profile for this is the eassiest method) so you can set rules on it. Make
sure that the rule in not client side only so that it can process the rules
even when the mailbox is not open in Outlook.
