I am trying to create a form that will auto-generate a number in a certain
field based on a choice made in a scroll down bar. ie. Cell 1 =4 then Cell 2
displays numeral 2. I am also wanting to create two buttons on the form. A
"Clear All" and a "Copy" button but I do not know how to get these to do
these operations. Also, is there a way to copy and paste the resulted filled
in form into a word doc? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
