Future Value of Increasing Payments

No sure if anyone goes back to see comments on the answers they give, so I am
reposting this one where we left off in the post on the 13th, previous posts
are found at the bottom...(sorry for the repetition...)

The answer for this comes in fairly close to what the answer should be, but
not exactly. This answer comes out as: $17,604.19 and the answer should be
(as seen below) $16,460.09 when payments are made at the beginning of the
year or $16,300.17 when payments are made at the end of the year.
Thanks anyhow, though! If you come up with anything else, please let me know.
