G2007: Memory allocation error connecting to workspace

I'm testing G.2007 under MS Virtual PC and when I run the 'GRV' file to
accept the invitation to join a G. 3.x workspace I get the following error:

"Groove Error"
"Invalid access to memory location"
"HRESULT: 0x800703e6"
"Process: GROOVE.EXE (ID: 1428 (0x00000594))"
"Thread ID: 1352 (0x00000548)"
"Date: Friday, June 02, 2006 10:02:32 AM"
[ OK ]

This is the followed by the dialog prompt "Respond To Invitation - Microsoft
Office Groove". And when I accept the invitation I receive the following
error:

"Minimum telespace template setting"
"'http://components.groove.net/Groove...elespaceTemplate_TPL&Version=16&Factorys=Open'
is not satisfied by version '15'."
