Gallery crashes in PowerPoint

Whenever I try to preview or insert a sound clip from the Microsoft
Gallery, the gallery crashes. The problem gets sent to Microsoft
(whatever that means) but that doesn't help me at all. Anyone know why
this is happening?

What version? Have you gone to Help| Check for Updates?

Please tell us your PowerPoint / Windows version,
whether you are using vba, whether
your cows are in the corn paddock, or
anything else relevant.

Hi

Goto HELP > about powerpoint and check the version and service pack. If its
2003 you should have SP2 and for XP (2002) SP3
