The Leveling Gantt graphically depicts the result of the leveling equations.
Doubleclick on the Leveling Gantt Chart bar area and you'll see graphical
elements that display what the schedule looks like both before and after
the leveling process. Those graphical elements can be added to the Gantt
Chart, but are not there by default.
You'll also note that the Leveling Gantt has a different table applied by
default - which shows the Leveling Delay that has been applied to each of
the tasks.
Apply the Resource Management Toolbar, and click on the first icon. That
will display a split screen with the Resource Usage View at the top and the
Leveling Gantt at the bottom. This view allows you to manipulate/control
the leveling options manually instead of trusting the built-in heuristics
to do it for you.
