Gantt bars displayed information

I have several projects running. I would like to display on or near the
Gantt bars the costs associated as the project goes along and draws as I get
paid for those projects. For example $12,000 is a draw and ($6,500) as a
cost. I need them to show up along the Gantt bar on specific dates. How do
I do that? thanks.

Hello Bill,

You can add the value of a single field to the left, right, top,
bottom, or inside. The standard cost field will show the cost of a
task. You can easily show the field through Format > Bar Styles,
Text tab to apply the Cost field to all task bars formatting with
the style you select. If you want to show values next to selected
tasks, select the tasks in the table and select Format > Bar.
