Gantt chart - how to hide weekend days from view?

I'm using Microsoft Visio Standard 2003 to creat a Gantt chart as I don't
have a licence for Project. I really don't want to be able to see weekend
days at all on my chart, does anyone know how to hide them from view?

I don't think this can be done.
