Gantt Chart in Project Center

How can i configure a gantt chart so that it starts with Quarter than Month?
I don't seem to be able to do this in PWA - Customize PWA - Gantt Chart
Formats.

Is it possible to do in Project Pro 2003 and it would then be available in
PWA - Customize PWA - Gantt Chart Formats and be able to use it?

Troy:

You can't change the view to default to this, but you can use the zoom
buttons + and - to zoom in and out on the Gantt Chart. Hitting the - button
on the toolbar several times will take you to Quarters over months. The
Gantt engine in the Project Client and the Gantt engine in PWA are
completely separate entities and do not articulate with each other.
