Don't think that's possible. What's the issue? You can insert a new task,
and all of the tasks below it will be shoved down and get new ID numbers,
which the Chart automatically updates. This is much like Excel, where cell
formulas point to other cells, and automatically update if new cell, row, or
column is inserted.
