Gantt diagram

I have an activity that spans from 21/05/04 to 27/05/04.
On 24/05/04 the resource on that activity is going to be
busy on a different project. How can I display it in the
Gantt diagram?

I would be really happy if someone could help on this
matter.

One way to handle this would be to show the nonworking time using a split
task indicator. To do this, click the Split Task button on the Standard
toolbar and the mouse pointer changes to the split task pointer. Hover the
mouse pointer over the 24/05/04 portion of the Gantt Bar for the task, click
and hold the mouse button, and drag the righthand portion of the Gantt bar
to 25/05/04 and release the mouse button. This will produce a task split on
the desired date. Hope this helps.

Dale,

thank you for your help. After few attempts I managed to
do it. I don't know why the task was moving back after I
had moved it. All of a sudden it was ok.
