Even after re-installing Project, I still get this
message "gbui://blank.htm" when opening application.

In Project Pro, go to the Tools menu --> Options. Go to the interface tab
and make sure that the two Project Guide options on the bottom use
Microsoft's default page and content. Then close Project Pro and rerun it.
If you still have this problem, post back. Also, do you have this problem
on any other machines if you are using Project Pro on other machines?
