General Issues....please help

I'm trying to make forms to link and/or add to a webpage, but some of the
following things occur.

1. With out the form uploaded or anything, I get this error when pressing
the send button "The file /C:/Documents and Settings/Owner/--WEBBOT-SELF--
cannot be found.Please check the location and try again.".
2. I cannot create a Database because the option is not selectable, nor is
Web Options.
3.When uploaded I get a server error when I hit the send button to send it
to my email address.

There's more issues, but im not sure how they tie in with/ this.

1. This will go away when published to a Server with FP Extensions.

2. You need to work on the Server.

3. Contact your Provider about this.
