general Problem

I created a com add in for each of the following Office components:

Visio, Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook 2003.
The Visio, Powerpoint and Excel add ins worked but the add ins didn't work
for Word and Outlook.

Are there differences between some of the Office components??

Outlook is definitely different. In particular, CommandBars is a child object not of the Application object, but of the Explorer and Inspector objects that represent the folder and item windows respectively.
