Hello:
I have Outlook 2000 on a windows 98 machine. Regardless of how it is
configured (to Exchange or just a standard PST email address) it freezes. I
tried both of these configs alone, not along side each other. For example, I
went to the mail settings and deleted all previous profiles, before adding
the other.
It displays the Outlook 2000 Yellow screen, but then nothing. Once I
received a fatal exception, but not again, so I cannot copy the error code. I
have reinstalled, which has not corrected the error. It seems almost like a
template error that Word gets from time to time.
Any suggestions?
