Generate custom letter with Contacts' fields

Can anyone tell me how I can get Outlook to generate a
custom letter but using fields from the Contacts form?

Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters,
mailing labels, envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview of these
