Hi Gérard,
Thank you for your reply. I should have been a little more specific as to
what I am looking to do. My resources have tasks, some of which are linked to
each other (Mainly, a developer's task and a proofreader's task. While I want
to generate a weekly to do list for the developer, I would still like them to
know who their proofreader is.)
My team does not have MS Project, so I need to communicate to them what they
are doing and when, on a weekly basis.
For example, I would like to be able to generate something like this for
each user:
Week of March 12
Developer - Task Name - Start Date - Finish Date - Duration
Proofreader - Task Name - Start Date - Finish Date - Duration
Developer - Task Name - Start Date - Finish Date - Duration
Week of March 19
Developer - Task Name - Start Date - Finish Date - Duration
Proofreader2 - Task Name - Start Date - Finish Date - Duration
Developer - Task Name - Start Date - Finish Date - Duration
Can MS Project generate this information organized by calendar week? All of
the information is in MS Project, but I have not been able to find a report
or any way to organize the information like the above.
Thanks!
