Generating a pie chart on a report

I need to create a pie chart in a report. The fields that I'm using are in
one table; they are responses to a survey question regarding community needs.

the choices were Severe, Significant, Minor, Unfamiliar to me, and
Nonexistent. There are approx. 260 records with answers to this question. I
want to create a pie chart that shows how many of each answer in relation to
the others.

The chart wizard is of absolutely no help. Every time I try and create a
chart it just creates a completely unrelated chart with North, East,
West,....its driving me crazy.

Any suggestions?

Create your chart first in a form.
When you get it running correctly, copy/cut and paste it into your
report.

I'm having the same problem with that East/West/North thing. What is that
anyway?
