Generating appointment letters In Acces 2003

Hi to all

I was wondering if you couldf help me in Generating a
appointment letter in ACCEss 2003.

I have a name and address appointment database what I
want ti to put a button on the form that will preview and
print tha appointment letter

Just so we are clear when I have finised enter the datain
to my appointment letter I want to click the button that
say Printer letter and for it o print for only that
client.
