Generating Simple Data Dictionary entries from a Visio Data Model

I am extremely frustrated at Visio at the moment.

For hours now I've been trying to find a way of performing a simple
export of data disctionary information from a visio Data model.

I want a CSV or the like with TableName, AttributeName, Note
and another with TableName and Note

I cannot believe how stupid this product is for not making this simple
export as easy as 2 mouse clicks.

Come on Microsoft this is Lame
